The Management and Evaluation unit manages the business operations of the OIG and reviews LSC policies and operations to improve program effectiveness. We oversee a diverse portfolio of functions including:
Management:
- Strategic and annual planning;
- Budget formulation, fiscal and acquisitions management;
- Development of OIG policies and review and comment on LSC policies;
- Human capital management;
- Information technology and information management; and
- Administration.
Evaluation:
- Data analytics;
- Risk assessments; and
- Inspections and other reviews.
